In 2017, our team performed the nucleotide sequencing of the whole genome of the type strain of Clavispora (Candida) lusitaniae CBS 6936. The genome was carefully annotated and is now hosted by two renown databases: CGD and KEGG. These databases provide all the bioinformatic tools for genome analysis.
